3 Cups-All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons- Dry Active Yeast
1/4th teaspoon- Cinnamon Powder
1 teaspoon-Vanilla Powder (or Vanilla Extract)
1 1/2 teaspoons- Salt
1/4 cup-Light Brown Sugar
1 cup-Roughly Chopped Chocolate Chips
Warm 1 and 1/4 cups of warm water no hotter than 105 degrees.
Add 2 teaspoons of dry active yeast
What 5-10 mins until the yeast has risen to the top and looks foamy
Mix all dry ingredients: flour, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla powder in a large bowlThen add your bloomed yeast to the mixture ( if using vanilla extract add it now)With a flexible spatula mix all the ingredients until fully incorporated
If your bread ball is loose and watery looking add more flour just until it can hold it’s shape.
Wait 3-5 hours for your dough to rise depending on room temperature it should double in size.
Have a 9×3 cake pan with parchment paper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place oven rack in the middle position
Bake for 30-35 mins until deep golden brown and place on rake until cool.
