Quick and Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bread

Ingredients

3 Cups-All Purpose Flour

2 teaspoons- Dry Active Yeast

1/4th teaspoon- Cinnamon Powder

1 teaspoon-Vanilla Powder (or Vanilla Extract)

1 1/2 teaspoons- Salt

1/4 cup-Light Brown Sugar

1 cup-Roughly Chopped Chocolate Chips

Blooming Yeast

Warm 1 and 1/4 cups of warm water no hotter than 105 degrees.

Add 2 teaspoons of dry active yeast

What 5-10 mins until the yeast has risen to the top and looks foamy

Mix wet and Dry Ingredients

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla powder in a large bowl

Then add your bloomed yeast to the mixture ( if using vanilla extract add it now)

With a flexible spatula mix all the ingredients until fully incorporated

If your bread ball is loose and watery looking add more flour just until it can hold it’s shape.

 

Rising Dough

Wait 3-5 hours for your dough to rise depending on room temperature it should double in size.

 

Get the bread ready for the oven

Have a 9×3 cake pan with parchment paper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Place oven rack in the middle position 

time to bake

Bake for 30-35 mins until deep golden brown and place on rake until cool.
